1. What’s the catch? There must be some charge for this, right?
There is no catch! The program is completely and totally free. We are glad to provide these services at no charge to you whatsoever.

2. OK, so why does La-Houses do it then?
For the advertising! We’ve found that signs like the one we’ll put up attract a lot of attention, both for your house and for us as well. In addition to calls you receive about your house, we’re likely to hear from people who see our sign, but need us to refinance a house they already own, or one they are in the process of buying. It’s a win-win for both of us, and it doesn’t cost you a thing.

3. How do I sign up?
There is nothing to sign! If you want us to set up your free web page, just give us a call or email. Let us know what you want on the page. If you have pictures, you can email them, or we can scan prints. If you need pictures, our photographer will be glad to take them. Then, we’ll get your web page up and running, bring over our sign, and you’re good to go!

4. How does the program benefit me and help sell my house?
La-Houses' Internet FSBO program greatly increases the exposure which your house receives. With your house on the Internet, and our sign directing people to its web page, everyone passing by can get detailed information around the clock. There’s no need to call you or set up an appointment. Regardless of whether you’re available, potential buyers have their initial questions answered online, and can then follow up with you if they’re interested in seeing the house in person.

5. Does it work along with other advertising I’m doing?
Yes! Our FSBO program actually enhances other forms of advertising. For example, if you’re running a classified ad, chances are you’ll have people driving by and/or calling. If they drive by, the sign does the job. If they call you, tell them about the web page, along with the other information you give them. That way they can go to their computer and actually see details and pictures of your house immediately.
