La-Houses' FREE Internet-based For Sale By Owner (FSBO) program is a great way to give potential buyers information about your house 24 hours a day, whether you’re home or not! Here’s what you get:

We provide a free web page featuring a description of your house, photographs, and your contact information. You decide what you want on the page, which can be as detailed as you like. If you have pictures, we can use those, but if not, our own photographer will come out and take pictures at no charge! The web page is set up and maintained by our own support staff, and will stay online until your house sells, or until you tell us to take it down.

	Upon request, we provide printed copies of your web page, which make ideal flyers. These can be given out or placed in the popular information tubes or boxes..

If you have an open house, price reduction, or other event, we’ll post it prominently on the web page. We’ll also keep the page updated with additions or changes as you request them.

New! When we add your home to the La-Houses website, you will receive a free Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) showing prices for houses in your area which are either listed with realtors or sold recently. This extremely valuable report lets you know exactly what the competition is, so you can price your house effectively the first time.
