I was badgered by Real Estate Agents once I placed the “For Sale By Owner” sign on my front lawn! I even had agents remove my sign when they were showing the house next door! With this I was outraged and very determined to NOT list my home with an agent. When Danielle called it was an offer I couldn’t pass up!

Danielle and Greg acted fast, placed my home on their website, and posted a sign in the yard to give it exposure. Buyers could then access the website at their leisure. The website allowed me to limit my phone calls and help treasure my valuable time.

When my buyer first drove by the house she wasn’t impressed until she viewed the inside web photos Greg had taken. Viewing the photos and seeing that the house was newly renovated and move-in ready played a major factor in the purchase. Within a day the buyer toured the home, and made an offer. With Danielle’s assistance we signed a purchase agreement and followed up with an Act of Sale.

I could not have done this without Danielle and Greg’s support. They came to my rescue and became very valuable friends!

When Danielle first called, I thought to myself this sounds too good to be true; there must be a catch. However, there was no catch! Everything Danielle said was indeed true, and there were no costs involved.

The same day that I agreed to let Danielle help me sell my house, her husband Greg posted a sign in the front yard of the house, photographed the house inside and out, then posted those pictures on the web site he created for us. I was amazed at the quick response.

The following Saturday, from 11:00 - 3:00, I had an open house and Danielle joined me to assist with financing needs. Around 5:00 Saturday afternoon I received a phone call from a young couple, who said they could not make it to the open house, but had noticed a web site on the sign posted in the front yard. They had gone to the web site and were able to see that this was a house they were interested in.

They wanted to meet me at 7:00 PM Saturday night. After I showed them the house, they signed a purchase agreement the next day! We went to the closing on the sale of the house less than two weeks later.

I would like to thank Greg and Danielle very much for their quick response and their help with the sale of my house. I would definitely call them if I were to sell another.
